indeed, i have yet to find scientific paper comparing the cultures between black people, but that makes me wonder: is the "scientists" looking into investigating the differences & looking for success-trait, or is there a willing ignorant amongst social scientists?

This below statement isn’t research backed just as a disclaimer but, I believe the reason that is is because in the lower neighborhoods there tends to be a “family” connection between everyone. And if you leave that family, you could lose the respect of them and those around them as well. So really almost a peer pressure type deal
