Anything like this? No, the stuff I know is just from working in the Secretary of Defense's office. And im not sure. There is a case where the sitting president can stay for up to a total of 10 years, I can't remember what that stipulation is but I'm not sure if it would apply here

However, I'd argue if trump did enact the insurrection act, did the audit and came back as true, and with evidence that the demis knew of it. Then I'd say thatd be bad news for the demis 😂
