If it can be proven to the sc that ballot watchers were unable to verify ballots, woukd they have no choice but to disqualify those ballots?
The whole thing is a shit show. They need to disqualify every county found to have errors because it's been compromised. The only good that might come from all this bullshit is we might finally get some sort of vote ID law.

On the ground these tech companies can do whatever they want and the ToS don't mean anything.
