Well two fullproof ways for me during meditation is either time my breathing phases or think about a fog/smoke clouding my head

You really only need Quen and... the ward that forces incorporeal creatures into corporeal form.

There’s two that improve two spell mechanics and a controller mod that lets you cast any given spell without having to menu switch
