As from somebody that knew self loathing people, including myself, you really just got to understand that you are what you are

Like, I love the truth, even if the truth depreciates me, I want it

If you are _currently_ the losing race, change that. Be an exception man

You can only reach self actualization by loving the truth

But you shouldn't need to destroy your self esteem to understand the truth

And no, I'd be wasting my time. If my race wasnt as inferior as I say, that would be a possible goal

But I've thought for many years about it, and it truly is impossible
