And you're not talking about distance, you're talking about measuring something that can only be measured by devices because humans can't SEE sound

But it's more information that we learned later on, which made the earlier statement unfactual

So why can't we further learn more information that would change the result again?

and again, we KNOW how fast it travels

For now until they discover something new which will change the information that we used to know

Like even if it's by 1, 2, 3 mph change, that would show the previous number wasn't factual

LOL... there is NO WAY to change the speed of light... or sound

This is why nothing can relly be factual cuz something can come along to disprove it later, even if it's 500 years later

I didn't say there was a way to change the actual speed

You COULD change ONLY the mesurement... that would NOT change the ACTUAL speed

But we have to MEASURE what that constant speed is

and since we KNOW the actual speed, we can use it to figure things out

But measuring can only change in the TYPE of mesurement. It does not change the basic physics...

Again the speed of light is not consistent just like the speed of sound
