Georgia hearing just ended

Pearson, et al v. Kemp, et al / 1:20-cv-4809-TCB / Hearing on Motion
And the verdict just came in, the defendants' motion to dismiss was granted in the U.S. District Court - Northern District of Georgia.

This was the same judge that granted the restraining order on the Dominion machines

I'm assuming now they might appeal to the 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals.

I would imagine they would. How could they make such a judgement when there was clear video evidence

Each case is different, this wasn't an evidentiary hearing.

This was simply on the motion to dismiss.

And the judge was asking why this couldn't be filed in state court as opposed to federal court.

Didn't they play the evidence video at the hearing or am I think of another one?

I'm really not sure, there's too many cases, but they said with most of their cases they haven't been able to show the evidence yet

Supreme Court is our last hope, but honestly December 14th is just too close. The Amistad Project is saying that the December 8th & 14th deadlines aren't cemented in the Constitution.

The only date that is, is January 20th.

Yeah I was thinking about the fact that we're getting really close to the 14th, we're halfway there now.

And honestly I can't see the U.S. Congress throwing out certain electors, cuz even though the GOP controls a majority of the delegations, that doesn't cement how they would vote, and there are RINOs.

I'm just getting increasingly worried that we aren't gonna be able to pull this off.
