If Alito prevents the electors from being seated, it means that Biden's electors could be prone to rejection.
SCOTUS could also set aside the PA election.
Which means no electors could be sent.

Well no, the Electoral College would still meet, but PA just wouldn't be able to seat their electors if it's not resolved by the 14th

If this isn't resolved by January 20th, this will make the election of the Speaker of the House on 1/6/2020 very important, cuz it's not set in stone for Pelosi.
