Remember how there were 1.5 million ballots mails out in PA, but yet 2.2 million were counted ?

2020-12-16 16:14:05 UTC

Yeah..

2020-12-16 16:14:09 UTC

Then they updated it later to reflect that 3.1 million were mailed out. Obviously that was done for cover.

2020-12-16 16:15:25 UTC

The Pennsylvania House Rep's testimony said that the day before the election, it showed 2.7 million were sent out, then on 11/4 it showed 3.1 million were sent out, probably cuz they didn't know how may votes they were gonna have to make up on election night.

Got some sketchy stuff

2020-12-16 16:34:05 UTC

We really need those courts to listen to this case

2020-12-16 17:36:38 UTC

Turned off the Senate hearings.... every time one of those libtard moron jerks opens their mouths I want to throw things!!

2020-12-16 18:03:23 UTC

They really hate this man..

2020-12-16 18:45:48 UTC

I'm kinda behind in the hearing, but Johnson's really goin to town on the Dems, like the Ranking Member.

2020-12-16 18:50:04 UTC

I just hope something comes out of this, because to many times have I seen this happen, & no one goes to jail.

2020-12-16 18:50:04 UTC

way to go @stoneytoney, you just advanced to level 22 <:magahat:772838503239122984>

2020-12-16 18:50:10 UTC

Ayyyeeee!

2020-12-16 18:51:30 UTC

Hell, even if it just renders more Republicans voting their contestations in favvor of Trump. Cuz I guarantee you the Senate will not vote in favour of rejecting Biden's electors in those states.

2020-12-16 18:51:50 UTC

We could only lose 1 single Senator in that vote.

2020-12-16 19:00:35 UTC

Do yourself a favor and watch this

2020-12-16 19:24:25 UTC

This makes me like Chris Cuomo more than Don Lemon.

2020-12-16 19:24:54 UTC

I'm really starting to think that Trump is always on their mind..? 🤔

2020-12-16 19:25:03 UTC

Pennsylvania ‘Flagrantly Violated’ Laws Ahead of Election: Ken Starr https://link.theepochtimes.com/mkt_app/pennsylvania-flagrantly-violated-laws-ahead-of-election-ken-starr_3621125.html

I like this quote from the founder of the #WalkAway campaign, Brandon Straka:

**A white liberal man complained about the white male patriarchy & told me the way of the future is to turn over power to women of color. I named a roster of black, Hispanic, and Asian conservative women & asked if he’d support them being in power. Silence.
In the end, liberal white males will vote for an 80 year old white male before a woman of color who’s conservative. Why? Because their words mean nothing. They don’t support women of color. They USE women of color as Trojan horses for their own progressive agendas. In the end, using women and using racial minorities this way is the ultimate exercise of misogyny, chauvinism, and racial superiority.**

Holy crap guys, did you know that the Senate rules allow for the sergeant-at-arms to arrest members in order to establish a quorum ?!?!?!

2020-12-16 20:53:14 UTC

Where did you read that?

2020-12-16 20:53:42 UTC

Press CTRL + F and search for arrest.

2020-12-16 20:56:43 UTC

I'm currently mobile so I'll have to do that when I get home

2020-12-16 20:57:34 UTC

I don't know if Pence would resort to that or not, but the sergeant-at-arms can compel or even arrest.

2020-12-16 20:57:59 UTC

Never mind, it was a PDF so I could just hit the search icon 😅 that's insane though!

2020-12-16 20:59:47 UTC

I'm confused about something though. I know that if no candidate receives the 270+ votes that the House votes for president from state delegation, but what I'm seeing conflicting info about is during the contestation period of the certification of each of the electors, do they still vote by state delegation, or is it a regular vote ?

2020-12-16 21:01:00 UTC

It's a sealed vote, so in other words, they voted but no one knows how they voted. come January 6th they open up the envelopes and count the votes.

2020-12-16 21:01:09 UTC

Is that what you were talking about?

2020-12-16 21:02:07 UTC

Well that's the entire proces I'm talking about, but I'm talking about both chambers of Congress objecting to and then voting on rejecting certain electors.

2020-12-16 21:03:58 UTC

I believe if I'm not mistaken on what you're saying, is delegation up until the point where they don't have 270 votes. I'm trying to understand your question sorry.

2020-12-16 21:05:41 UTC

During the counting of each states' electoral votes, if 1 member from each chamber object to the counting of one, then the joint session of Congress must divide into their separate chambers and debate and then vote on a motion to withdraw the elector(s).

2020-12-16 21:07:30 UTC

Then that vote would be a regular vote I would imagine
