Depending on which wave I'm on, if I'm closer to bed yes , usually binaural delta waves

I've tried many different methods, sitting positions, breathing the whole lot. I just can't seem to settle myself. Recently I've been trying to incorporate the number 9 into it to see if I can have a semblance of balance, but always very unsettled. The mind always seems to wander. So frustrating 😂😂

3.2hz is actually a better range for meditation when you're in alpha or beta ,I have to add that letting your mind wander is natural and allowing it to do it usually helps me calm down more physically
