Complaints about wood are valid, but that comparison should never be made.

2020-12-28 14:33:40 UTC

Sorry you got offended by that, but it’s a good comparison.

2020-12-28 14:33:48 UTC

Nah. Isn't at all

2020-12-28 14:34:04 UTC

And I'm offended? Nah bruh. Nah.

2020-12-28 14:34:49 UTC

Avenatti is the Adam Schiff of law. Go on camera and spout bullshit that everyone knows is bullshit, but say something completely different in front of closed door sessions

2020-12-28 14:35:17 UTC

That’s what I wanted to know. I think Trump really just doesn’t know who he can trust or not and takes on whoever is willing to help.

2020-12-28 14:35:29 UTC

so obama did change the impoundment act

2020-12-28 14:35:42 UTC

I would’ve loved to see Patrick Philbin leading the charge here.

2020-12-28 14:35:47 UTC

i’m trying to see what that change is specifically

2020-12-28 14:36:03 UTC

Even his WH General Counsel is apparently a leaker, according to Patrick Byrne

2020-12-28 14:36:23 UTC

If they got him out of the impeachment you would think they would be loyal. Unless they were tapped out after that 4 year case

2020-12-28 14:36:28 UTC

DOJ under Ole W🧐 🧐 🧐

2020-12-28 14:37:13 UTC

Bro Lin Wood is calling for everyone’s arrests....

2020-12-28 14:37:27 UTC

Sharing photoshopped pictures as evidence

2020-12-28 14:37:34 UTC

Not reading his own legal briefs

2020-12-28 14:37:43 UTC

Impeachment, whether anyone wants to be honest was absurd bullshit everyone knew was bullshit. People can plausibly deny that some machines flipped votes because the world doesn't get tech when you really get down to it

2020-12-28 14:38:00 UTC

Patrick Philbin led the impeachment defense and was brilliant.

2020-12-28 14:38:06 UTC

Not wrong

2020-12-28 14:38:13 UTC

technically... everyone should get arrested

2020-12-28 14:38:25 UTC

They didn’t get him out of impeachment. The senate majority did that. The facts and evidence never mattered in the sham impeachment it just fell on political lines. Lawyers get zero credit for that.

2020-12-28 14:38:29 UTC

but he is stretching things 😂

2020-12-28 14:39:49 UTC

I didn’t say he did, but he was brilliant and measured in his defense and approach.

It worries me how much faith everyone has in Lin Wood.

I tentatively trusted him, thought my faith has whittled down day after day with each Twitter thread he does

2020-12-28 14:40:36 UTC

I think people just like that someone in higher status is saying what we are all thinking @xBenJamminx

2020-12-28 14:41:07 UTC

He messed up with the bad photo but otherwise he is throwing out shit we are all waning to hear

2020-12-28 14:41:15 UTC

Idk why everyone thinks public perception isn’t important.

2020-12-28 14:41:35 UTC

Which is EXACTLY what a lawyer shouldn’t be doing

2020-12-28 14:42:14 UTC

Lin wood isn't even reading his legal briefings?

2020-12-28 14:42:25 UTC

Have you read them?

2020-12-28 14:42:42 UTC

I haven't had a chance to see them yet

2020-12-28 14:42:46 UTC

They Didn’t even have anyone spellcheck them, and if they did they failed miserably

2020-12-28 14:42:54 UTC

Right, but maybe you are putting to much emphasis on public perception... in the earlier 1900s that mattered.. in the 2000s it’s all about shock and awe. Facts don’t matter even within the court system

2020-12-28 14:42:55 UTC

I actually thumbed. That out for check3rs before your post ben. But listen every appointment and hire trump has had has been shot yourself in the face bad. At somepoint bad appointments = intentionally bad appointments and that narrative will come full circle when pence fucks him over on the 6th.

2020-12-28 14:43:10 UTC

Lin wood is off the rails @xBenJamminx

2020-12-28 14:43:21 UTC

Public perception matters, especially to SCOTUS.

2020-12-28 14:43:45 UTC

“Why are all of our court cases thrown out? The judges must be corrupt”

2020-12-28 14:43:48 UTC

Nah SCOTUS is bought and paid for.. don’t mean shit

2020-12-28 14:44:29 UTC

When you guys look at everything as all or nothing, you’ll always be disappointed

2020-12-28 14:45:11 UTC

When I look at anything related to our corrupt government im left disappointed

2020-12-28 14:45:48 UTC

But isn’t that exactly what SCOTUS should be. They can’t be grey area

2020-12-28 14:45:55 UTC

My point exactly. My consistent stance is that Trump has been bad at personnel hiring. That has been one of the biggest impediments of his Presidency.

Not everything is 4D Chess

2020-12-28 14:46:26 UTC

Also remember Judges get elected too (minus federal )
