there's a Perfect Pullup progression bar that I love to use. you could do inverted (Aussie) pull-ups, and then build up strength to actual ones...You just need to drill into the side of any door jams.

Relatively cheap too ($20, Amazon). I use it with Kettlebells for an awesome circuit routine (one day pull-ups/chin-ups, the next day inverted pull-ups/chin-ups).

Tbh, best financial advice that's simple enough for anyone to follow: live within your means

2019-05-11 01:36:45 UTC

Dont blow it
Keep it simple
Count your money

2019-05-11 01:36:57 UTC

Credit is probably the single most destroyer of people's lives. Other than maybe divorce or substance abuse

2019-05-11 01:37:19 UTC

I don't understand how some people have like 5 different credit cards, like...that's stupid

2019-05-11 01:37:39 UTC

85% of those people are women

2019-05-11 01:38:42 UTC

@YuriBezmenov true. I know some men in there as well. Buddy of mine in my physio class just dropped $11k on a used BMW M3, and has about $48k left on the note

2019-05-11 01:38:52 UTC
