Sounds like the machine is faulty cause that doesn't make any sense. How can you be losing muscle mass yet lifting heavier and heavier weights. I don't know maybe I'm missing something but that doesn't add up.
this was dumbbells
only machines i use is that cardio shit but that's for a 5min warmup
and the leg extensions
and the tricep shit
doesnt seem to be a problem if you could lift heavier weight
