Sounds like the machine is faulty cause that doesn't make any sense. How can you be losing muscle mass yet lifting heavier and heavier weights. I don't know maybe I'm missing something but that doesn't add up.

yes the macros were being met. the weight loss happened before the muscle loss occurred.
