If that's your thing

2019-05-27 03:09:23 UTC

or rent and stash away

2019-05-27 03:09:44 UTC

@Mr.Black Yeah, I've been looking a lot into "FIRE" and did all the calculations.

2019-05-27 03:09:53 UTC

I definitely prefer equities over real estate.

2019-05-27 03:10:11 UTC

I rather start my own venture than turn to real estate honestly.

2019-05-27 03:10:29 UTC

I do dislike large metros. I lived in a few and they're fucking terrible.

2019-05-27 03:10:44 UTC

it all depends on what you want to do in the next few years, if you buy you are stuck there so lets say your boss fires you in a year, you now can't pack up and go job hunting in a different area as quickly @Deleted User

2019-05-27 03:12:22 UTC

Isnt the market basicly on a fed put? All the data sucks as of recent.

2019-05-27 03:12:32 UTC

Ok so renting it is. Now, what is the best option in renting overall and how long before I move/purchase real estate? I know at some point the math supports owning.

2019-05-27 03:12:39 UTC

How long can they pump it?

2019-05-27 03:12:57 UTC

@Deleted User Yeah, the inverted yield curve.

2019-05-27 03:13:06 UTC

I'm still going 100% equities knowing that.

2019-05-27 03:13:07 UTC

lol

2019-05-27 03:13:07 UTC

Getting inverteder

2019-05-27 03:13:10 UTC

😄

2019-05-27 03:13:23 UTC

lmao i love how all over this place is

2019-05-27 03:13:44 UTC

We're on the cusp of a economic shit storm.

2019-05-27 03:13:49 UTC

Apartments are usually cheaper so I'll probably stick to that.

2019-05-27 03:14:00 UTC

$1k/mo is average around here

2019-05-27 03:14:08 UTC

Yeah I would definitely say renting till you know your long term goals as far as where you wanna settle down or whatever

2019-05-27 03:14:27 UTC

also @Deleted User keep in mind the markets could always crash so you buy a home for 150k then a crash happens and you lose 50k total worth, you are now always at a loss and you are stuck in a area where it has become blighted because its harder to sell

2019-05-27 03:14:28 UTC

Its going to be funny watching thots try to get at me and my resources.

2019-05-27 03:14:41 UTC

@Deleted User how many square feet?

2019-05-27 03:15:02 UTC

I could save $55-60k in total this year depending on the bonus I get. I won't spend more than $8-10k outside housing.

2019-05-27 03:15:16 UTC

@Rhunespire At least 500sqft lol

2019-05-27 03:15:20 UTC

Anal to oral 10 times yields one pb&j to the lucky thot from me haha.

2019-05-27 03:15:26 UTC

Studio or 1BR, never need more

2019-05-27 03:15:34 UTC

I am getting excited.

2019-05-27 03:15:43 UTC

true, it is very easy to save as a single man

2019-05-27 03:15:47 UTC

Thats a bit expensive for a studio that size

2019-05-27 03:16:19 UTC

Well, the 2 studios I saw were less than $1k - 850/mo with all utilies

2019-05-27 03:16:23 UTC

$1k/mo was 1BR

2019-05-27 03:16:28 UTC

i would suggest learning about stocks/bonds/physical assets/crypto if you are going to be storing that much cash a year

2019-05-27 03:16:38 UTC

The one is 450 and the other is 550 I think

2019-05-27 03:16:53 UTC

I hate the holiday months. Women get all overly interested for obvious reasons.

2019-05-27 03:17:11 UTC

@Mr.Black I've done very very basic reading and I'm leaning towards a strategy laid out by "JLcollins."

2019-05-27 03:17:46 UTC

I moved to a small town as a result of mgtow

2019-05-27 03:18:01 UTC

Living in the boonies on my land soon.

2019-05-27 03:18:22 UTC

well, i would say the main thing is to do what you feel comfortable with because you will protect your own assets more then any other person

2019-05-27 03:18:43 UTC

Keep some bullets handy too man.

2019-05-27 03:18:46 UTC

also same @Deleted User
