I think if people just stopped eating out for 6 months and cooked their own meals from raw ingredients they'd be way healthier. No processed food.
The issues I take with Vegans is their moral argument is shit and they take more supplements than my grandma.

for 15$ you could make a shit tone of spaghetti
Bake a pork shoulder and you're good for a bit
and that shit stays good.
