Well here's the thing most people dont know. When a company cuts back and lays off people, they also lay off their least productive workers not just higher paid ones.
I basically treat all females as non-binary they/them. Like literally eunuchs. I try to treat men and women in that way since everyone is liberal at my new job. I speak only using logic / practicality. No personal plans or goals or ideas shared.
I have to put forth the question, if born as a man with an XY and you go undergo gender reassignment surgery, does that change your XY to XX or does it stay XY?
@Deleted User Exactly. I like this method a lot because it’s clean. Everyone is whatever sex they were assigned but their identity is they/them/their. If I call someone they, there is no misunderstanding. I won’t be called out.
Only thing is the implied plurality but w/e, a individual can be legion if a man can be a woman and anyone that's says otherwise is a demonphobic, anonphobic biggot.
It works great because I’ve used it with traditional people and they don’t catch it or care about it. It’s just plural. It works for both the Muslims and the liberals.
