2019-05-28 01:59:35 UTC

@GingerSnaps super random but what else do you do for fun?

2019-05-28 01:59:51 UTC

Ok I only have xbox, I don’t think they have Zelda games

2019-05-28 02:01:12 UTC

they do

2019-05-28 02:01:59 UTC

Oh my bad

2019-05-28 02:03:49 UTC

@Deleted User when I'm in my zone; practice my keyboard(I'm learning), hang out with my best friend(only friend i have) go hiking and camping, toke grass, listen to music, read, write poetry, shoot pool, it's been a long time since I've been on one but i love riding rollercoasters. I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff.

@GingerSnaps Make sure you stick to animal fats and plant oils that can extracted only through pressure (olive, avocado, coconut, macadamia nut).

2019-05-28 02:04:33 UTC

@GingerSnaps Do you play video games? Do you read fiction? Do you listen to podcasts?

2019-05-28 02:04:36 UTC

Don't heat any of the plant oils.

2019-05-28 02:05:16 UTC

@Xychotic You're not supposed to cook with olive or coconut oil?

2019-05-28 02:05:39 UTC

Not olive oil.

2019-05-28 02:05:47 UTC

Well shit

2019-05-28 02:05:50 UTC

I've been fucking up

2019-05-28 02:05:55 UTC

Coconut?

2019-05-28 02:05:59 UTC

But coconut oil is okay because it is full of highly stable saturated fats.

2019-05-28 02:06:00 UTC

I know butter is okay

2019-05-28 02:06:02 UTC

Ok

2019-05-28 02:06:10 UTC

I'll switch to coconut. Why no olive oil?

2019-05-28 02:06:14 UTC

Honestly, I don't like cooking high temp with butter because the proteins burn.

2019-05-28 02:06:16 UTC

Does it become toxic?

2019-05-28 02:06:21 UTC

Oh shit

2019-05-28 02:06:35 UTC

You break the polyunsaturated fats when exposing them to high heat.

2019-05-28 02:06:44 UTC

It makes them bad fuses.

2019-05-28 02:06:46 UTC

Avocado oil is good for cooking

2019-05-28 02:07:07 UTC

Isn't it expensive though? haha

2019-05-28 02:07:24 UTC

Ok so the best heating element to cook meat/veggies is?

2019-05-28 02:07:24 UTC

Pay for it now or pay for it later right?

2019-05-28 02:07:30 UTC

True

2019-05-28 02:07:38 UTC

Animal fats are your best bet tbh

2019-05-28 02:07:45 UTC

Literal fat?

2019-05-28 02:07:47 UTC

I cook bacon in the morning

2019-05-28 02:07:50 UTC

That seems hard to get

2019-05-28 02:07:52 UTC

Ah

2019-05-28 02:07:55 UTC

I keep the leftover fat

2019-05-28 02:08:03 UTC

Is it called suet?

2019-05-28 02:08:04 UTC

Lol whoops

2019-05-28 02:08:33 UTC

@Deleted User fiction doesn't do it for me like it used to. So i mostly am just working on Nietzsche at the moment. Yes i game. I used to game a lot. My experience with podcasts is limited. @Xychotic i cook with it but i stick primarily to cold pressed coconut oil.

2019-05-28 02:08:33 UTC

No i dont get any special item

2019-05-28 02:08:42 UTC

Suet or whatever

2019-05-28 02:09:00 UTC

But I know some places in the states sell beef tallow

2019-05-28 02:09:06 UTC

You can use that to cook with
