I just woke up. I'm taking my metrics.

Yeah, I weigh myself, take my body fat (same scale), waist measurement, test blood sugar, and breath ketones every day.

Why so involved?

I'm a diabetic fat fuck and I've been hospitalized 3 times for letting my pancreas try to murder me.

So now I take very detailed measurements and log my food to see where I am and how I'm doing.

I'm pretty sure I'm fucking up horribly in the evenings.
