Regular size is fat.
Is voice acting what you love or just something you're doing?
I really enjoy it
I'm not actually fat, but I'm not in shape
Cool. So, step one, find out how to make that be a real job.
Do you enjoy it cuz you love it
Or you get paid good
Or because it's easy
Or the image that comes with voice acting
But, the #1 thing that brings "happiness" to men is doing valued work.
it's kind of easy for me, not getting paid very good now, but I actually do it pretty good
And I can definitely say, since getting into project management, I'm an order of magnitude happier than I was when I was in security.
you can contact animation youtube channels after you make a portfolio of your voice with sample popular scenes
they can give you followers of people and probably money
But, see, our boi is doing a job he loves but less than he wants. Does that have any potential to be inducing his down state?
I have already done that, and I have some scenes in my youtube channel, but I don't know how to do animations, and I can't get paid for doing it with movie scenes hehe
Could be
Well, you gotta keep at it. That's done.
Continue being creative and making a portfolio.
Now, moving on, the next check is nutrition, sleep, and exercise.
I mean you focus on the voice part. Just take any video from youtube and revoice it in your style. Its just for portfolio
understood
Lol, imagine him revoicing whole movies.
that would be epic
"Shrek, but revoiced by me, with the script from Shawshank Redemption"
hhahaha
you can also rescript and then voice to create a different story
You could make your own Kung Pow.
I actually have a new project, to teach spanish in youtube translating songs, I'm working on it
hahahaha
that's would be histerical
How about that depression? Have you done the physiological fixes?
what are those?
Low carb, high fat diet; plenty of sleep, reduced stress, some measure of exercise (if you have the energy or discipline for it)
why high fat?
should I include greens in this low carb diet?
the brain is made of fat, he needs to bring animal fats in to repair what's going on
And lots of sleep to let the processes run
Veg is welcome.
There's a book, "The End of Alzheimer's" that details basically how a keto-style diet helps restore brain functionality to a bunch of disorders.
There was also a documented, "The Magic Pill" that showed how a keto style diet added orders of magnitudes of functionality to severely autistic kids.
