damn...
I'm still in college my guy.
Wait, why the fuck didn't you use Khan Academy!?
I just used the book.
And coffee
Use all the resources available, nigga!
A lot
of fucking
Coffee
Funny, tea would have been better.
I was trying not to sleep though.
But, khan academy is a god send for math.
Yeah, tea would be a really good way to get caffeine without the self-sabotaging powers of coffee.
i think people would retain more in school if it started later... allowing people to get more sleep.
My big challenge right now is Linux. Two chapters a week, for 8 weeks, with a cumulative final. I basically have to teach myself everything.
Welcome to college.
Why are you talking to us? You should be studying.
And occasionally trolling in calligraphy.
so... what's challenging about linux?
oh... its a book on linux?
comp sci major?
I'm not against teaching myself, my issue is not knowing how to direct my studies. When I study everything referenced in the power point and I get a question on a quiz that was not in the power point, and the only guide I have to using the book effectively is "use it as a heavy browse" I tend to stress about studying.
Can you not work closer with the teacher or find people later?
hmmmn...
comp science really shouldnt have quizes
I'm gonna play Doki doki literature club
Wish me luck
Linux:
In development for 20+ Years
Open source and changing literally every fucking minute (Not a joke, look up the linux open source blogs and websites)
One book won't even teach you a quarter of everything you need to know.
And so on.
yeah it shouldn't
should be projects...
set this up, in X amount of time.
literally make you test on things so that when you have the degree
NO projects in this class
you get hired and basically learn from there
Just labs, through a website...
and quizzes, eventually coming down to a final
all oyu need to know about linux is...
debian, centos, bsd...
and...
apt get install.
lol
in real life anyways
you google the rest on the fly.
@Xychotic Hybrid class, so I go to class once a week, otherwise it's online. Also, it's a 45 minute drive to campus.
