The proportions were what I was looking for.

So, use coarse ground medium roast beans and 1:1 with water by volume, based on the capacity of your french press.

After 10 minutes, stir to break up the coffee puck, cover with plastic, and come back 24 hrs later.

Fresh press the coffee, pour the concentrate through a coffee filter, and then store in the fridge.

The rest is in the article. The key is 1:1 grounds to water by volume.
