They have stated in the press conference that those lawsuits arent theirs, the only ones that have been officially filed by them are actually 4,with 1 dropped because they got what they wanted after they failed the suit (MI not certifying wayne county)
Right @Maggielove I'm with you in terms of affidavits being evidence but right if they don't result in any 'progress' legally it's frustrating to understand from our end but obviously we don't know everything and maybe the loss is simply for the precedent.
