LOL I actually grew up with pinball arcades.

Arcades kinda died before I was born unfortunately

I can still zone out on a real life cabinet and a handful of quarters.

Closest I had was a local pizza place with a few pinball machines, a terminator shooter game, an impossible Star Wars flight simulator thing, and a few that just stole your money.

Yeah, pinball and video games died out here about a decade or so back when they legalized video lottery games.

Now a lot of these arcade games are pure luck and computer programming. There's no skill involved in any of these "arcades" anymore.

They're literally just casinos with tickets instead of cash and anything that serves the same purpose as but technically isn't a slot machine

I knew a kid back when the original Mortal Kombat came out who had Scorpion's moves memorized, and was unbeatable as him. He couldn't do anything with the others, though.

I had a friend who was completely unbeatable as Donkey Kong in Smash Bros. He won a ton of tounaments

I almost completely quit gaming over the past year or so. Life got hectic, and I dropped everything.

I have a stack of PS4 games I haven't even loaded, let alone played. LOL

I haven't played a ton recently either tbh

I've been slowly chipping away at a few games, but lately life has just gotten the best of me
