@Parovius I will point to farming as evidence of encroaching on property, much of my family is in farming and the government has been taking acer after Acer for solar farms and wind farms. a 1 time payment does not take into consideration how much my family could make over decades or generations like my family has been doing.

also the government isn't taking into account how with less land harvesting, less food gets made and that's half the reason we are having a food shortage for the 1st time in decades to the point we are importing food from 3rd world countries right now.

as far as harm to individuals, I would argue the shutdown which has cost Americans ability to feed their family. or how about the riots? ppl are rightfully angry about their lives, but the government is removing any self blame and putting it on white ppl and officers. now cuz of it we have worldwide rioting, dozens killed and hundreds injured.
