By claiming that video, WB claims that Bugs Bunny being a struggling rapist is officially canon. 😂

Probably because they got permission to air it? Keep in mind, the reason why there's an issue with Youtube and WB taking down MeatCanyon's video is because youtube has a flawed copyright system that people can abuse.
Also under copyright law, I don't think you can easily take down a video that is meant to be Parody, and clearly MeatCanyon's videos are parody.
