I have been avoiding women for a while now, I ignore any signals of women, showing they are attracted.

I dont know how much of our psychological makeup we can attribute to biology. However I find if you stay conscious and diligent in fine tuning your reactions, actions and thoughts towards whatever “ideal” you choose. It might be possible to become the ideal you want to be.
