well technically they can make some changes ....but it has to be voted upon and by the ppl, not just elected officials

technically anything after the first 10 can be created, amended or removed..but it has be a total vote for removal

u have to go thru .gov petition system..u can't just straight recall them..u need ppl to sign up to the petition in that state, and have valid constitutional reasons for recall/removal

where a sub gov can take over in the interm til election can be held to do a full replacement of the corrupt in office

btw, a .gov petition stays on the record...for all to see...even federal law enforcement and sc

find a constitutional lawyer or rep to handle the case within ur state gov system...to work within the constitutional legal system
