I forfeited my pay this year so I could keep people employed. I also made everyone in upper management take a 50% pay-cut. They are still paid 6-figures, but it kept everyone employed. Now Minneapolis just lost 300 high paying jobs starting at $24/hr there for machinists/welders and only going up from there.
