they didn't really, it just means they constitutionally made it a judge's decision to decide if a person becomes a reg'd predator before the case is completed

I heard that that in jail there are two types of pedo's. The regular ones, and the technically pedos. Basically if you are a 20 year old kid you can be arrested for doing a 16 year old, but as long as it was consent most criminals don't really care. What they DO care about is the 40 year old doing that. Usually it leads to them getting their ass kicked by a group of prisoners.
less u forget last yr they decriminalized underage prostitution, meaning those underage won't be treated as criminals in such cases for prostituting themselves out to their paying suitors, they automatically become victims now
