Think about it from a woman's perspective, she gives up a lot of autonomy and if she does divorce, even if she gets some money, she has lost so much time and experience needed to take care of herself. No sane woman wants to divorce and be left on her own.

In saying that there does exist women who come from good families and we're instilled the Right values, women who are actually smart enough to come to the right conclusions themselves, etc. I mean, men innately want to spread seed, but we don't all do it.
