I cut carbs except for one cheat meal on Saturday , pizza with friends usually
I mean, we could set a goal, say, 1 punch man routine, and just report on progress every day

I was heavier and drinking a lot , not good
The 1 punch man workout is ridiculous

You report: 2 pushups, 8 situps, 15 squats, 300m run

No, one punch man routine is 100 pushups, sit ups, squats, and a 10km run

100 pushups and situps isn't actually that bad
But squats is terrible
and a 10k run is insane
So, we just check in with how we did that day.
doing a 100 squats would be like hell on earth
And a 10km run everyday is fucking psychopathic
Its about an hour once you're fit.
I mean jesus I do 2 miles a day already
I don't need 10 km
And we can report other things like weight, bf%, foods tat helped with recovery.
I'm not really into dieting
I just cut down sugar
