Hey @Xychotic how was life when you were in your early 20’s
A fucking shit show
@YuriBezmenov An absolute shit show.
Im guessing it is too much to get into atm
nah, I'm just on my recliner, give me a minute to get to the computer
Didnt mean to disturb you
But thanks
So, what did you want to know?
2000 to 2004 - My brother was in high school, I was dicking around at community college taking whatever fucking courses. We were living in a studio with my mom until 2002 when she got canned and used her severance pay to get us an apartment for at least 6 months.
Our furniture consisted of a couple mattresses, some folding chairs, a folding table, an ancient tube tv and a stand.
I got a job at a start up earning something like $8.50/hr.
Because I couldn't be assed to actually try in school.
Knowing youre an INTJ, you being older than me and finding you interesting I just want to hear about your past. Learn something that may help me get my “ship in sea”
Boy o boy, do I have a story for you boys in a min
Among the classes I took was an intro to engineering. I wish I'd gone deeper in that.
2004-05 - Mom's mom was sick, mom abandoned us. My brother had to scramble for a job and I was able to hook him up at the same start up as me. I got a promotion. Together, we were making 18.50/hr.
We divvied up the direct costs of our life based on our earnings.
Together? Damn you must look back and laugh now
So we each get some profits.
