Rogue one was decent
The prequels were a great concept with special effects that tried a bit hard sometimes. But I still say episode 3 is actually a great film.
Plus things like Pod Racing in episode 1 were always fun
Yeah, we will take Rogue One. The beginning is a bit slow, but it really has a great 3rd act.
It felt weird seeing better film quality after growing up on that grungy old style
I had the old VHS tapes of the originals and there are parts that do not hold up at all, but it is still ahead of its time.

It would have been cooler to see remakes of the first 3 than to add more.
It undid any character development that TFA gave us and brought in characters just to kill them off.

The best description of The Last Jedi and The rise of Skywalker I heard was "Like comparing a fiery plane crash to a fiery train crash. Both end in pain, but they get there in different ways"
