Rule 5 is a bit more than just age. It also incorporates a level of behavior.

The age is a Discord TOS that we don't have a great way to report to Discord.

The most common rule breaks I see are over 30 second memes and talking in meme channels. New members often get a warn from that because they don't read the rules but after one warn fall in line.
