turns out it had a stronger checks and balances system in play
Good to know
I'll guess we will have to wait and see
alot of the early 13 states had their own constitution per state of running things...from out of those original 13 state constitutions, did the original us constitution get created
The original framework was very close to complete anarchy
every other state in the union was basically a copy of one or more of the original 13 state constitutions
I didn't know they kept the same state constitutions at the time. I know the federal government was overhauled once or twice before we had the system we do today
well nobody wanted to give elected nor appointed ppl any power beyond what is needed after what they experienced in the past
Not completely true, at one point G. W. was on track to be crowed King
"power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely"
But the decision was no monarchs, as most experiences with them had soured everyone on the idea
ya...well eventually they had that clause in the constitution to not allow any citizen to hold office if they had royal standing
Which would be confusing today since we as a nation don't have a royal class. Celebrity status being the closest I think
most modern day monarchs and royalties are basically nothing more than puppet leaders considering the level of constitutional restrictions put upon them....they're just the ones that have to sign the paperwork when the elected/appointed officials bring it to them
shit is changing to where they can have a voice on the shit they get stuck signing so they don't have to be total puppets of the state
The industrial countries at any rate
Spain i think is still an actual monarchy
most 'royal class' we have in the usa is rich ppl in general, celebs and lifetime elected/appointed officials
The lifetime elected officials need to go i feel
and they're pretty much finding out the hard way that when they abuse their 'royal status', they get dethroned
well the sc is a tenor of constitutional justice
It makes sense to have lifetime appointment to help stave off corruption
one must prove to be of worth of the constitutional devotion to even sit on the sc
many in the past have yet to fill that status but still managed to get a spot on the sc
the sc is supposed to be non partisan but has been for many many decades to be partisan
True, but seems to be mostly still functional
all of trump's appointees ....non partisan
Don't tell a lefty that
They will accuse you of being a socialist
which is why both the criminal dems and rinos hated them...non partisan judges loyal to the constitution is the last thing they need on the sc...
note, i'm talking constitutional law criminals..not admiralty law criminals
admiralty law criminals could be allies of the constitution and vice versa
Still would having leftist screaming national socialist at the top of their lungs, not that they have a clue thats what they are screaming
it already did
Sorry dude
when they scream "we're losing our democracy" ...is when they soon realize they never had one to begin with...the democracy was an illusion of admiralty law oppression
those that scream for it to be returned know they're guilty of treason against the constitutional common laws
You've lost me with that one. Mostly because I don't completely know what admiralty law is
I would say this is way past due and time anyone who doesn't/didn't learn it anyway.
I just hope the checks and balances work as intended
