I just received something in the mail today. It is instructions on how to vote and stuff. This is weeks after voting has ended and after I already sent out a ballot

This wasn't even lost in the mail because it has a Christmas ink stamp on it

This was sent at least after Thanksgiving, when they cycled out all the beautiful fall stuff

When I say ink stamp, this is separate from the stamp they put on here to pay for postage

Thanks to... Recent events. I'm not sure if this was poorly timed or not

It even says at the bottom that I can use a ballot as an alternative. So this isn't because I balloted
