@Yankee well, the author of that is French, so of course a French person, or non US citizen, would like that. “I’m tired of crossing my fingers and hoping Americans will do the right thing” she said. The right thing in France’s perspective? I think not...not if it conflicts with our best interest. Because nationalism...nationalism isn’t the boogyman ideal that the left has redefined it as. It only means the interests of the US and her people must come first, not to the detriment of other nations, but certainly ahead of their interests...and they don’t like that sometimes. Too bad. If you want to vote, immigrate, contribute your skills to the betterment of the leading nation of the free world as a citizen, and then we will welcome your vote. Until then, just keep crossing your damn fingers. USA did not become the leader of the free world by bending to outside perspectives. She does not know what “American” means.
