it's called an SHSAT and it's basically an SAT for Specialized High Schools
ok, just because a bill passes the house of reps doesn't mean it's a law, if it goes unadjusted in the senate ..and passes...it's still not a law, it has to pass the president's muster to be approved or veto'd ...if the president ignores it for 10 days to 2 weeks ...then it automatically becomes a law, but if the president veto's it, then it's denied and sent back to house of reps or senate depending on which area of the 'house' it was created in
the only way a bill can be forced into law around the president's veto ...is if 2/3's of both house of reps and house of senate vote in favor of it, and this only applies after the veto
the house of reps is supposed to be the law makers ..those that make bills to make changes to the nation to turn into laws of the land, the senate on the other hand is supposed to be the constitutional guards to decide if the new bill should become a law under the constitution
the senate does have the option to introduce their own bills to house of reps to be approved to be entered into option of becoming a law
