and there was a delay in the decoding of the 'act of war' declaration to usa from japan via the diplomats

so the 'news' of the attack hit dc hrs to a day before the declaration was delivered to dc

Well it’s great you were able to learn all that stuff. I was thinking of going the navy after college or maybe even earlier. So hopefully one day I can go to one of those libraries
