They dismissed his constitutional claim on ACT 77 because he "Waited too long"
Same court dismissed the trump team's claim on the same issue prior to the election because "No injury in fact"
PA SC have essentially said that you cannot present evidence that Act77 is against PA constitution at any point in time.
