2nd post below the co declaration papers of investigation of dominion machines
jan 6th is elector voting day, jan 20th is swearing in day for elected potus/vp
dec 14th is preset first meetup day of electors, but considering the 'historical' time period it was created in, it's understandable for a 3 week waiting period between meetup and voting
but the dec 14th date was set in 1948, the only dates listed in the constitution pertaining to electors is jan 6th and jan 20th
So Colorado might go to Trump?
and the 1948 dates were listed as statutes, not hard constitutional amendments like they should be...so the statutes are more like guidelines
