the actual process for changing election law in pa is to have it decided first by legislature then put on the ballot in any election cycle prior to the one it's going to start effecting, and let the ppl decide and vote on if they want it included in the voting laws, state gov has no say in pa election laws, only the general public voters have a say in it.

...and where to shove it.
Erik of Chicago🖕my ass, I’m dissatisfied with what my city has become into
So... will Smartmatic file a law suit?
They have everything to lose if they do.
all software controllable machines are suspect, therefore all should be questioned and investigated upon
In 2006, an action group successfully fought against voting machines in the Netherlands. The main argument was that “voting computers can easily be compromised and the entire system is not secured, leading to elections that cannot be controlled by the voter and the secrecy of the ballot cannot be guaranteed”. As a result, all elections are by paper ballots and pencils again. In recent years, certain commissions are again trying to get voting computers into the process.
US rn, results rigged from machines being compromised.
i miss the old days when we used hole punch cards, and nobody had any clue who or what is listed on the cards except the voters and the election committee
And no mail-in ballots.
I was never born in the old days
I remember back in 2016 when we just pulled a lever. So it wasn't that far back.
all current election laws in pa still say no mail-in ballots with the exception of absentee voting and that only applies to military residents stationed overseas out of the country, regardless of any 'covid-lockdown' changes which are still illegal by all state and national constitutional laws
and all absentee ballots for pa have the words 'military use only' clearly stamped on them...there was reports of pa residents receiving 'mail-in' ballots that fit that description that weren't even in the military nor actively serving in the military
Absolute CHAD
lol... 14 pages outlining their crimes.
They’re not that dumb are they?
If the courts weren’t corrupt it would be more funny how incompetent they are

It's contested, dude.
You are forgetting about the slate of Republican electors that were counted in contested states.
And?<:Tucker:781196327559495720>
Counted by who?
but are they casted OFFICIALY?
Like send by legislature or just the GOP who makes them vote?
Hold your horses. The counters in the states on December 14th, if you seen the Nevada video. And they where sent by the Legislatures and/or the GOP depending on what state.
And what does that do?<:Tucker:781196327559495720>
Those get taken to Pence.
And?<:What:771402897984061553>
And those get counted by Pence.
But what about the other electoral votes?
