He is only out to expose the corruption so more people will be in support of whatever he's gonna play next

Im saying its easy to set your signature under a lawsuit and publicly announce "I support xyz" although you know it wont change anything and as soon as the lawsuit gets thrown out you can say "look guys, I did something"

Yes kind of. its a bit difficult to put into words, but when a party has more representatives in one state than the other, it means that state's house of delegations is controlled by whichever party. they decide who the 1 electoral vote from that state goes to.
