There is just so much corruption in Central America, it's sad that innocent people have to take matters into their own hand because their own justice system is not even on their sides.
In Colombia, you'll get an empty cascet returned to you if your children end up missing, but fact is they didn't even do their investigation because they're all part of cartel. They'll give you an empty cascet and say don't open it because it's gory... Nah... it's empty.
