well media and culture pushing was fault there for the youth getting sexualized too early when not properly trained in thinking processes(for example, see core math)

actually if u really look into the constitutional and admiralty history of ur township/city/state consent laws....most states never had a fixed age of consent on a constitutional level..it was mostly admiralty set via court cases or mob pressure via culture at the time
