even hit by 6 yrs of jury duty subpoenas

i'm in the 'red' district ....basically meaning we're bitchy red because of the district suddenly flipping blue and being investigated several times by fbi before finding out the dems did a hostile takeover of the district

they all of the sudden decided during this 'quarantine' not to make any non warranted arrests unless they were violent incidents

they basically said "we're going back to using constitution only on arrests"

the fun thing is the current police chief used to work my district ..she's a good person...also 'red'
