states can say they do mail in voting via a constitutional law in their state's constitution

but it doesn't apply to federal elections ...ppl still have to show up for that

including the absentee voting ballots

if ppl been showing up using ballot harvesting methods for state is legal to up to 3 ppl per harvestor, but not legal for federal ballots

everybody needs to read the fine print for federal elections ..its a different system and any changes has to be done in dc, not per state
