if everybody in the state paid 10%...it would officially be their fair share

from the poor to the rich ....still paying the same % but the rich still pays more because it's a bigger cash load from that same percentage

but is it total income or total wealth...because the poor don't have much but i'm pretty sure they don't want to pay taxes for what they own

and pretty much everybody pays out a chunk of what they get paid in anyway

then theres the other taxes like property ownership, sales taxes...any import taxes for goods and so on...maybe even travel taxes for those 'low carbon' states/cities

around here the stores have a view tax also...they banned shatter proof glass so ppl have to pay a tax to have bad view shutters covering all the windows and doors when they're closed

the shutters are break-in protection

well the shatter proof glass ban went into effect just before the lockdown

now every store that got hit by the riots has to pay out for fresh glass
