well some things are down right criminal to be placed upon those platforms ..but not all of those criminal things are actually against constitutional laws...u need a vetted constitutional law professor to help setup the laws/rules for the platform

when u expose somebody for what they are, in private..u basically invaded their privacy without a valid warrant to do so..but if they had that information on the public view(another platform)..it's not invasion of privacy ...because they chose to become public elsewhere despite their actions on a different platform
